Rocky Tempone

Rocky has over 35 years experience in accounting, taxation and business services and is a founding partner of TIS Partners, forerunner to the TIS Financial Group.

Rocky’s extensive knowledge spans across most industries and professions in advising a diverse range of businesses. Guiding business owners through each stage of business development, Rocky maintains a key focus on personal wealth creation and asset protection.

In addition to coaching and supporting business owners, Rocky’s expertise also extends to the review and recommendation of appropriate entity structures, debt negotiations with the Australian Taxation Office, litigation support services, business valuations and business networking.

Janine Tempone

Janine, a founding partner of TIS Partners along with Rocky, brings her extensive knowledge of Aged Care and personal insurances to the forefront while continuing to service her long-term accounting clients.

Her main focus is on SMSFs and Aged Care, where she leads this important division of the Group.

With advanced knowledge and specialised qualifications in these areas, Janine formulates carefully considered strategies for clients to meet their requirements, utilising her strong background in accounting and taxation.

George Pavouris

We are proud to announce that George joined TIS Partners as the newest Partner in 2021.

He previously worked with us from November 2016 until April 2018 before returning to our team in 2021. With over 16 years of Public Practice experience, George has developed a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge in tax and accounting for a wide range of industries, from start-ups to exit strategies.

He stays up-to-date with the latest technology and software to assist our clients with their accounting systems, effectiveness, and relevance. George is a Xero Certified Advisor, and his expertise in technology, tax, and accounting makes a valuable contribution to our team and clientele.

Vince Tempone

Vince came to public practice after 17 years in financial accounting and audit roles – mainly in the construction industry and Government. Just prior to being admitted as a partner in TIS Partners in 1997, Vince was employed in Financial Controller roles for two medium sized manufacturing companies.

Being able to draw upon his corporate accounting and audit background, Vince provides highly regarded accounting, taxation and business services to his clients. Through his client involvement, Vince has acquired extensive knowledge of the construction, manufacturing, fruit wholesaling and limousine hire industries.

Vince is an ardent Collingwood supporter.

Tino Cucinotta

Tino commenced with TIS Partners in 1999 as a Trainee Accountant and was recently admitted as a Partner of the TIS Financial Group. Along this journey, Tino has acquired extensive taxation, business structure and accounting knowledge and skills.

Tino enjoys close rapport with his long-term clients, many of whom are associated with small and medium sized businesses. The diverse nature of these businesses has seen Tino obtain comprehensive knowledge in a wide range of industries.

Tino follows two AFL teams – Collingwood (passionately) and any team playing Carlton!

Darren commenced employment with TIS Partners in early 2015. He has completed a Masters of Professional Accounting at La Trobe University and is a member of CPA Australia. Darren has over 10 years experience working in small to medium sized accounting firms and is responsible for assisting with the taxation affairs of business clients as well as self managed superannuation funds.
